Marrying Misfit Materials

I've been going through the cabinets and finding all sorts of materials that need to get used. Some of these materials I've held onto for over a decade!

The majority of these metal earring parts have been bouncing around with me for close to 5 years. Everytime I attempted to craft something, I was never satisfied with what I'd make. In the end, I would disassemble the project and throw the parts back in the bead bin, where they'd stay for an undisclosed about of time.

The fimo clay, I've had for so long I don't remember when I actually acquired it. I've held on to the stuff through several big moves, so I must have had it for over 10 years. Since I never knew what to do with it, the materials sat in the craft cabinet.

While cleaning up the studio, I again, came across these misfit materials. I decided that I was going to set these items aside and try to decide what to do with them. The pondering began and then, I had an idea.

I decided to combined these two misfit materials and marry them in a way that they would really highlight the materials themselves...

Today, a new limited edition series of jewelry was birthed!

COMING SOON!!
