Are the raw crystal gems ethically sourced?
Yes. The raw crystals are found by Nora Dragoon, the senior Industrial Designer and Owner. Each stone is found on the topside of the soil; meaning there is absolutely no digging or mining while finding the gemstones.
Are the accent stones ethically sourced?
Yes.
Can I customize my order?
The short answer Yes. All necklaces have the option for chain length.
Is the Leather ethically sourced?
Yes. All the leather used is from the beef industry and leftover lots from the luxury leather industry. Dragoon Industries focuses on reducing waste that would otherwise be going to the landfill.
Do you offer Vegan Leather products?
No. Dragoon Industries would love to offer vegan leather products in the future. Dragoon Industries adheres to a strict moral ethic of refraining from using any raw/first generation polymer based textiles.
Do eGift cards expire?
No. You don't have to worry about any hidden clauses. The money will be available as a store credit until you have used the entire balance of the eGift Card.
